Recently, it was a trip to San Sebastian [in Spain]. They had an event called “Gastronomika,” and I was there with people like David Bouley, David Chang — you name it, they were there. The restaurants in San Sebastian — they took us to so many incredible places. It was really a perfect trip. You have [Basque restaurants] Akelarre, Arzak, Martin Bersategui, Zuberoa — they’re all fantastic.
