What keeps Fabio Viviani passionate about cooking?
Fear of losing everything I’ve built keeps me working harder and harder. The best advice I’ve ever gotten was from my grandfather. I was 10 years old and he said, “You know what? You are a disaster of a child. We could shoot you if that was not frowned upon in Italy. But I see the light in you. You’ve got what it takes to be successful, but the day you decide to be successful is going to take everything you’ve got.” That was a very deep thought. And he was right — it’s taken all I’ve got.
