What does Fernando Beteta think of the screw top?

I love screw tops, especially with younger wines, even higher-priced wines. It’s guaranteed that you’re going to have something that’s almost fresh and not tainted by some moldiness or TCA — the corkiness. You don’t need a wine key. Even myself, I lose them all the time, even at home, you just pop one open. You can bring them to BYOBs; you have a simple closure again. I think they’re great.
