What is Fernando Beteta’s favorite food-and-wine pairing?

I love spicy Korean barbecue with German riesling. That’s, hands down, my favorite pairing. I do it all the time because I love both. It’s a very easy way to show my friends who don’t know wine just how good things can get with each other. There are hardly any other wines that can pair as well with spicy food as riesling does.
