How did Frank Bonanno get into the culinary world?
When I graduated from college, I could not find a job in my field because I was a finance-accounting major at University of Denver, and I didn’t want to move home and live with my parents. I had waited tables and cooked my way through college, so I just decided that I would try to find a job cooking. I really took to it very quickly. I knew I liked it when I was in college — spinning pizzas and stuff — but when I really started to do it day-in, day-out, I realized how much I loved it. I kind of never looked back.
