What are Jason Wagner’s favorite restaurants?
In New York, it’s hard to nail down a favorite restaurant. In Mexico City, Pujol. It’s amazing. It’s on the Pellegrino Top 50 list, in the top 10. It’s fantastic — great sommeliers. They do a pairing on their tasting menu there that’s all Mexican based. Whether it’s wine from Mexico, cocktails or whatever. It’s incredible. In New Orleans, August — that was maybe the best meal I had two years ago. It was amazing.
