What does Jason Wagner bring back from his travels?
I always try to bring back a beverage of some sort. So in Cambodia I brought back coffee from Mondulkiri and a bunch of spices and salts — stuff like that. But I always try to bring back something. In Mexico City, I brought back mezcal and tequila. In Montreal, I brought back some Canadian wine. Local types of the culture but usually beverage related since that’s how I make my living.
