What up-and-coming wine labels is Jason Wagner watching?

In Champagne, Cedric Bouchard — he’s a grower-producer who does all biodynamic farming. Really cool wine. He’s one of the few that still has pinot blanc planted, and he makes a really incredible 100 percent pinot blanc champagne that’s just ridiculous. In Sicily, Arianna Occhipinti, I’m a huge fan of hers. She’s a natural winemaker in Sicily, and has really beautiful, very gentle, very pretty stuff.
