How did Julian Serrano get into the culinary world?

Originally I started in the culinary field because I wanted to travel, and being a chef was a great way to get to see the world. Cooking is a universal language, so I didn’t feel that I needed to speak French to work in a French kitchen or Italian to work in Italy. The food did the talking. Once I began my career, I found a true passion for cuisine and the rest is history.
