What does Kate Somerville love most about hotels?

It goes in order: bathrooms, bedding and services. Because I travel so much, I have to feel somewhat comfortable and at home. It’s a lot of wear and tear on your body, and it’s helpful to have that good service. I’ve been spoiled because I’ve stayed at the nice places like the Four Seasons, which prides itself on service. They know where you are at all times on that property. It’s new staff, but they put a picture of you up and say, “This person is coming in, make sure that you address them by name,” and I know it doesn’t have to go to that level, but it’s pretty impressive when it does.
