What would Ken Oringer cook at his ultimate dinner party?

Typically about six people come over. I picked up some stuff at the farmers’ market today, so something with heirloom tomatoes. I’ll do roasted yellow and purple haricot vert with fish sauce and chilis and crispy garlic. I made some turkey Bolognese sauce that I’ll probably serve it on some spicy quinoa. I got some lettuce from the market so I’ll probably do a simple salad. I’ll probably pick up some fluke and do a ceviche.
