What's the best trip that Larry Stone ever took?

One of the most memorable trips was going to Europe in 1993 with Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse and Norman Van Aken. It was an amazing trip. We went to Champagne and then to Burgundy. Lalou Bize-Leroy, the owner of Domaine Leroy and partner in the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, cooked lunch for us and we all tasted wine together. We had a fantastic meal everyday. And a couple years ago I went on a truffle hunting trip in Tuscany with Charlie — I’ve had some amazing adventures on the culinary trail.
