Zuma in Knightsbridge in London, because no matter how loud, how crowded, how long you wait for your table, the food is always worth it. Chez André in Paris — near [Four Seasons] Hotel George V — for the fries, the roasted chicken and the atmosphere. The Wolseley in London — it’s always just enough of a scene, and one of the few perfect breakfast places I can think of.
Angelica Kitchen in the East Village in New York for a dragon bowl and when you’re feeling like you’ve got to ingest something healthy. And Fred's at Barneys for lobster salad and a glass of white wine while you sit in the middle of a caricature of Uptown New York.
