What’s the best meal Miranda Whitcomb Pontes has ever had?

My favorite dining experience was at Babbo in New York. I was by myself and I was headed to the High Line and Chelsea Market for dinner. I looked over, saw all these people lined up and I was like, “What are they doing?” I got close enough to see Babbo in tiny letters and realized that was my chance. So I got in line and ended up at the bar and let the bartender suggest what to order. I remember this was my first encounter with squid ink pasta. I’m never shy about eating; I love being adventurous. I probably sat there for four hours.
