What’s in Philip Krajeck’s refrigerator?
Too much stuff — and it’s super small, so it’s jam-packed. There’s everything from really awesome vacche rosse, this red cow Parmesan cheese. I’m part of a cheese share CSA, and I have their most recent cheese in the fridge. There’s always milk and tons of condiments, everything ranging from pickled Thai chilis to weird jams. My wife is Greek, and she and our daughters were in Greece last summer and they brought back a bunch of preserves that my grandmother makes. And my wife cooks almost every day, so there’s always roasted vegetables or a quinoa salad.
