What is Stephanie Izard’s favorite cookbook?

I have thousands of cookbooks. I guess Culinary Artistry has always been one of my favorites. They’ve come out with multiple books since then, but I think that when I first got started, I often referred to it to give you a “Hey, you’re working with blueberries? They go great with this and that.” Just a nice reference point, it shows you what kind of veggies are in season and stuff like that. It’s just a fun little reference tool.
