What kind of shops does Tony Conigliaro visit when traveling?
I visit food shops. There’s one in Milan that blew me away recently; it was just the most phenomenal place — Peck. It’s four floors of food and wine, and it’s the place that everyone goes. I went in there and bought one porcini because it just looked so phenomenal. I always go to supermarkets as well when I’m abroad. I’m interested in seeing what people eat, what they have and things that I have never seen before.
