What does Wolfgang Puck like to order at restaurants?

When I go out I eat much more fish than meat. And I like it prepared really simple. I could have just some simple langoustines, for example, from the Mediterranean or something like that and just have them cooked a very short time, grilled or poached, and then with a little olive oil and a few fava beans and a little black pepper and a confit of lemon. It’s really simple but really delicious. I tend to stay away from fussy food — simple, the best quality and simple.
