CRUISE EXPERIENCES

Hitting the open water is an experience in itself.
Hitting the open water is an experience in itself. The big—er, enormous—boats, the 360 degree horizons, the different ports of call. Of course, there's also plenty to do on board. You can choose from fitness (golf, rock climbing, snorkeling), poolside spa treatments or a few classes in cooking or wine tasting. Pick a cruise for kids, for food, for nature-seeking—whatever. Then dream up your destination: Alaska? The Caribbean? Mexico? Jamaica? After that, pack your bags and there's very little else you have to do. Let the crew members take care of you while you're on board. Your biggest decision may be what to do when you disembark for a day—but then again, many cruise ships also offer on-land tours. So, leave the backpack and maps at home, scrounge up your appetite for escapade and get in on the experience at sea...

Cruise Experiences
Cruising is unlike any other vacation you'll experience. The water views are built in alongside every restaurant window, poolside chaise and cabin balcony. The restaurants offer varied fare from well-regarded chefs, and give you the option of dressing up, dressing down or hardly dressing at all, for those who choose to eat poolside. Endless shore excursions will have you frolicking around ports without a single logistical worry. And you only have to unpack your suitcase once...
Cruise Ship Accommodations
Accommodations are a big factor in deciding where, why and how you travel, and shacking up at sea is no exception. Cruise Ship Food and Drink
Breathing in all that fresh, sea air is bound to make you hungry, which is why food and drink is such a crucial part of a cruise (that, and it's usually included in the price of your ticket). When your boat is 600 miles offshore, you're at the mercy of the chefs on board. Whether you're looking for a formal affair at the captain's table or a more laissez-faire approach with 24-hour open buffets and pool-side edibles, there's a cruise that suits your taste. Bargain hunters can opt for all-inclusives, while more high-end cruisers might indulge in the new trend toward celebrity chef-designed onboard restaurants...

Top Cruise Destinations
You may have heard about the new trend of freestyle cruising, where you can wear what you want, eat when you want (and with whom you want) and, basically, do what you want. After all, this is your vacation. But your biggest choice has nothing to do with whether you eat dinner at six or eight. It is all about where you go...
