Located smack-dab in the center of the Vegas Strip, Circus Circus is no mere sideshow. Comfort, a convenient location, a diverse array of restaurants and a sprawling five-acre indoor theme park put Circus Circus in the center ring for quality family-friendly entertainment (which is hard to find in Sin City).

Ever since it first opened in 1968, Circus Circus has been best known for its world-famous casino floor featuring live circus acts like trapeze artists and other acrobats performing death-defying stunts overhead. But despite its moniker, Circus Circus delivers more than Big Top-style spectacle (though the building does look like a striped Big Top tent).

A recent round of renovations has increased the range of guest room options at Circus Circus, including great deals on the property's brand-new Tower Rooms, which come with 32-inch flat-screen TVs and comfy pillow-top mattresses. The restaurants at Circus Circus—which run the gamut from the casual Garden Grill and Circus Buffet to the red leather booths of The Steak House, a Vegas institution in its own right—put all your dining needs under one big tent.

Plus, big-time entertainment awaits the kids and adults at Circus Circus's three pools, and most of all, in the Adventuredome. This action-packed glass-enclosed fun park thrills with rides like the free-falling Sling Shot, the spinning Disk'O and the double-loop, double corkscrew Canyon Blaster, the only high-speed roller coaster of its kind in the United States. If the sound of that makes you queasy, check out the IMAX film Fun House Express, putt around the miniature golf course, get stealthy and play laser tag or buckle your seat belts to crash some bumper cars.

It doesn't matter how old you are—this three-ring circus is affordable fun for all.
