Dining Room at Blantyre isn't like most formal restaurants. The Dining Room restaurant, quite literally, is the dining room of the Main House. Robert Paterson's family would dine there and they hosted grand dinner-dances in the formal rooms back in the late 800s and early 1900s. As such, there is no traditional "bar" area at the restaurant in the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Blantyre resort. Dinner diners at Blantyre will enjoy a pre-dinner glass of champagne or wine in the living room, or out on the covered terrace, before dinner. When your first course is ready to be served, a host will seat you in the main dining room.
