SoHo Metropolitan Hotel, Toronto will soon offer four distinct dining options, two of which are brand-new concepts slated to open in 2014. The first new eatery will be an Asian-influenced, upscale-casual restaurant adjacent to the existing Senses Bar (where you can also order appetizers and entrées from oysters and flatbreads to rib-eyes and braised pork belly). March 2014 will see the opening of Wahlburgers, the second burger outpost (and first Canadian location) from entertainers Donnie and Mark Wahlberg and their brother, executive chef Paul Wahlberg. Taking its cues from the Massachusetts location, Wahlburgers at the Toronto hotel will feature made-to-order burgers crafted with locally sourced and housemade ingredients, and will offer a family-friendly sports bar alongside a seated dining area. Senses Café, the fourth restaurant at the Forbes Travel Guide Four Star hotel, is a lovely casual option open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and desserts. Like all of the SoHo Met’s dining options, the café — with its sleek lines, wood paneling and cushy dining chairs — feels more like an urban escape than a luxury hotel dining outlet.
