If you're hungry for complex cuisine with locally sourced produce, meat and fish in Toronto, head to the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant Canoe for lunch weekdays from 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.— you’ll know you've arrived when you spot a bunch of suit-clad businessmen. Dinner service begins each evening at 5 and the Financial District restaurant serves until 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
