Occupying a prominent place on the lobby level of Solaris Residences is Matsuhisa, the upscale Asian fusion restaurant owned by famed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The restaurant and freestanding bar, which share an open, airy, modern design, open daily at 6 p.m. The menu, which features Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences, serves creative seafood preparations, including chef Nobu’s famous black cod with sweet miso, king crab tempura and scallops with wasabi pepper or spicy garlic sauce. Steak, chicken and vegetarian entrées are also on the vast menu, and sushi, sashimi and sake naturally play a prominent role. Be sure to make dinner reservations if you’re visiting the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel during the peak winter months; reservations are accepted up to a month in advance.
Also part of the larger Solaris complex is bōl, a restaurant, bar and bowling alley; CinéBistro’s upscale, dine-in movie theater; and Yeti’s Grind coffee shop.
