Terra Bistro is the only restaurant at Vail Mountain Lodge. In peak season, be sure to make reservations at Terra Bistro for dinner, as the dining room is often hopping once the sun goes down.
The scene for lunch is typically a bit mellower, but you’ll find the same commitment to sustainability on the menu that offers light choices like pizza and lettuce wraps to salads, burgers and entrées. A full breakfast buffet is included in the room rate at the Vail Mountain Lodge during peak season; so if the hotel is full, expect a crowd in the early morning, fueling up before hitting the slopes. The self-serve Alpine Breakfast Buffet features homemade granola, eggs, cereals, pastries and yogurt. Other hearty favorites on the à la carte breakfast menu include omelets, egg scrambles and whole-grain pancakes, as well as an array of all-natural juices.
