The cheese course at Yew Seafood and Bar is ever-changing, but one constant is that all of the three to five cheeses on your plate will come from British Columbia. The chefs at Yew are dedicated to sourcing local cheeses for you to try, and they’re often seasonal selections and extremely fresh. The plate will be rounded out with toasted nuts, bread crisps to pile your cheese atop and homemade seasonal preserves as well. Your server will be well versed in which cheeses are available and can easily recite them if you’re curious.
