As if the nightclub at the top of the Rio wasn’t enough, you can have a fantastic steak up there as well. Formerly known as VooDoo Café, VooDoo Steak has a more refined menu, with premium reserve and dry-aged beefs as the specialties. With a gorgeous view of the entire Strip, the restaurant features Creole and Cajun bites such as ham and Andouille sausage beignets and delta frog legs and mussels. The VooDoo “Menage a Trois,” a surf and turf offering of petite filet mignon, prawns and lobster, puts a sexy spin on your meal. Head out on to the terrace for an after-dinner cocktail, but don’t look down (the view of the ground below is not for the weak).
