The menu at The Mayflower Grace changes at least four times per year to make use of the freshest seasonal ingredients. However, year-round the hotel makes lovely homemade baked goods and granola. The basket of pastries with preserves is one of the chef’s specialties, as is the Mayflower granola with dried fruit. organic muesli and Irish oatmeal are also offered, and there is always a selection of seasonal fruits on the menu. The egg dishes are often served with local pork and their signature Mayflower potatoes. On the lighter side, the smoked salmon is a popular mainstay as is the egg white omelet with goat cheese, herbs, spinach, and wild mushrooms. The pancakes made with seasonal fruit and maple bacon brioche French toast are among the more decadent delicacies offered.
