Regular patrons come to this former old stone winery, which is part of the Culinary
Institute of America’s western campus, for the ambiance, wine country cuisine
and all-California wine list. The restaurant has a high-beamed ceiling and massive
fireplace.
The menu changes daily and guests can watch the professional culinary
staff (assisted by students from the Hyde Park, N.Y., campus) craft their plate-bound
delicacies in the open kitchen.
