Menu options include dishes such as pechuga michoacana, a marinated boneless breast of chicken topped with chorizo and melted chihuahua cheese then drizzled with salsa tomatillo; and cochinita, pulled pork in a citrus achiote reduction with lime marinated onions, corn tortillas, red rice and refried pinto beans.
