Park Hyatt Dubai

A tranquil creekside retreat in Dubai

Although it’s only 10 minutes from the city’s international airport, Park Hyatt Dubai offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of the old city along the banks of Dubai Creek.

With its white-washed exterior, lush gardens and water views, the property evokes the feel of a tropical escape rather than a high-end hotel in the midst of the desert. The adjacent golf and yacht club adds to the luxurious ambiance, and a brand-new lagoon provides some extra fun in the Dubai sun.

The surrounding landscape may draw you in, but the gorgeously adorned interiors entice you to stay. The 223 rooms and 34 suites each afford a picturesque view of Dubai Creek, eight restaurants and lounges each have their own stylish identity, and the Arabian-inspired public spaces stun with exquisite tile work and wood accents worthy of Dubai’s glitterati.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • This sprawling luxury hotel is a haven for links lovers. The concierge can book a tee time at either the next-door Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club or the renowned Emirates Golf Club in Dubai Marina — either way, you can work on your swing in picture-perfect surroundings.
  • Alfresco dining with marina views comes standard across most of the restaurants at Park Hyatt Dubai. Enjoy Mediterranean fare at Brasserie du Park, New England-inspired seafood at Noépe or afternoon tea in The Lounge’s garden.
  • Don’t miss the extravagant Traiteur Brunch every Friday at the Dubai hotel. An array of French fare is on full display here, from a succulent raw bar with oysters and caviar to slow-cooked lamb and duck a l'orange, and a crêpe station and chocolate fountain to end the affair on a sweet note.
  • Park Hyatt Dubai’s lush pool area is certainly a highlight. Shaded by large palm trees, the gorgeous space has four whirlpools, cabanas and a pool bar serving up light bites and refreshing sips all day long.
  • Unveiled in January 2019, a 328-foot infinity lagoon leads onto the resort’s private beach, offering sun lounges, gazebos and cabanas for a special tropical retreat.

Things to Know

The Restaurants

  • A treat for seafood lovers, Noépe serves up Cape Cod-inspired fare with a side of marina views. Be sure to stop by on Saturday afternoons for the weekly lobster bake and order up a Martha’s Mary, the classic tomato-based tipple topped with a lobster claw, tiger prawn, mussels, olives and turkey bacon.
  • A breezy spot for a bite any time of day, Brasserie du Park serves up French and Italian-inspired plates in a chic alfresco setting. On Thursdays, the eatery hosts Soulful Nights with Claudia Patrice to kick off the weekend in style.
  • For Bangkok favorites, head over to The Thai Kitchen, where Thai chefs whip up authentically spicy cuisine. The restaurant’s three live kitchens include wok, grill and noodle stations along with a separate dessert counter.

  • The ’70s-themed bar Seventyseventy is an exclusive modernist lounge with a tempting array of cocktails and a music selection of classics from the era.
