Things to Know
• If you want a sampling of the delicious Lowcountry fare served up at Charleston Grill, you'll have to mosey on down King Street during the dinner hours. Dinner reservations are available seven nights a week from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

• With live jazz filling the dining room seven nights a week, you can expect this Four-Star restaurant to be busy no matter what day you choose to dine here.

• In a town that is the epitome of Southern grace, the dress code for Charleston Grill follows suit. While we're not saying you need to pull out that tux and floor-length gown, you'll want to wear something tasteful, such as long pants or a cocktail dress.
The Food
• Four chef-curated menus provide a guide for the perfect meal with various inspirations, from global cuisine to Southern fare. Mixing and matching is not only allowed, it’s encouraged. 

• The cosmopolitan menu features global cuisine such as sea scallops with chili-chorizo vinaigrette or Thai fish with a sweet and savory shrimp broth and grilled pineapple.

• Regional favorites can be found on the Southern side of the menu, like goat cheese and summer vegetable tart, crab cakes and a Lowcountry muddle of shrimp, crab, sea bass and grits.

• Under the pure category, you’ll find simple dishes inspired by clean ingredients like octopus salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes, vegetable couscous and a 22 oz ribeye.

• The lush menu highlights the French tradition of extravagance with fois gras, caviar, lamb and a special six-course chef’s tasting menu.
The Chef
• An Alabama native, chef Michelle Weaver was raised with a passion for cooking and was instilled with the importance of the farm-to-table philosophy from an early age.

• Her formal culinary training combined with her Southern roots and global palette have come together to create a unique and delicious menu at the Charleston Grill.

• Weaver sources from local farmers and fishermen as often as possible, but also procures some of the richest and highest quality ingredients from around the world for her global menu.
