The Design

  • After undergoing a recent renovation, Ebony is now housed within its own glass structure. It has a pleasant greenhouse feel complete with plenty of natural light and views of the gardens just through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
  • The lively open kitchen not only showcases the chefs’ knife skills, but also French-designed stoves, a wood-fire oven and glass-encased pantries.
