Our Inspector's Highlights
• The interior design of Jaya reflects the design of the hotel, which fuses Art Deco —the prevailing style of South Beach — with Asian influences. The restaurant’s lines are pure and simple, leaving the focus on what matters most: the food.

• All of the furniture and design details come from different parts of Asia, including Singapore, China, Bali and India. Even the bricks on the floor came a long way — they were brought from a 200-year-old building in Shanghai.

• Highlights on the Four-Star restaurant’s Asian-inspired menu include egg steam and pork bun bao, the Thali platter (a traditional Indian dish of chicken, fish and okra) and kimchi fried rice.

• An Asian-focused mixology program plus a wide array of sakes and The Setai’s lavish wine cellar ensure you’ll find the perfect pairing to compliment Jaya’s complex flavor profiles.
