Bistro Laurentien La Coupole

A seasonally inspired Montreal brasserie
A local favorite for a business lunch or a pre-game bite, Bistro Laurentien La Coupole offers French brasserie-style fare with seasonal inspiration and an ever-changing menu du jour in an urban-chic environment with modern lines and classic colors.

A group of experts collaborated on the menu — chefs Anne Desjardins and Cédric Désilets tag-teamed for the food portion, while director/sommelier Bruno Méril and mixologist Chris Natale handled the wine and drinks.

Visit on a Saturday to catch a resident DJ spinning tunes that move from lounge music to danceable pop as the evening progresses, or stop in on a sunny afternoon to nosh on the delicious salmon or beef tartare and sip the signature sangria on the enclosed terrace, hidden from the noisy street.
