The Georgian

The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle houses The Georgian, the most acclaimed restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. The restaurant’s elegant décor features crystal chandeliers, arched ceilings and potted palms. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant sits at 411 University St., walking distance to Pike Place Market, shopping and many of Seattle’s best sights. The Georgian is located at one end of The Fairmont Olympic’s lobby, and the traditional dining room really sparkles.

With high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and ornate moldings, the formal space is perfectly suited for a luxurious afternoon tea. Unfortunately, after a shift in focus in 2016, that's the only catch, the grand restaurant is only open for breakfast, lunch and the aforementioned tea service. But, during those times you can elegantly munch on cuisine from the Pacific Northwest — dishes such as wild salmon burgers and razor clams and fries — as well as menu items with a French influence.
Things to Know
