Qua Spa

Japanese-inspired wellness in Dubai

Tucked within the stylishly modern Caesars Palace Dubai, you will find Qua Spa, a soothing, Japanese-inspired sanctuary created to focus on holistic rejuvenation.

Adorned in calming neutrals, the spa harnesses the classic five elements (earth, water, fire, wind and void) of Japanese philosophy to align your chi. A menu of unique Eastern-influenced treatments aims to bring emotional and physical balance.

Of course, more traditional facials and massages can also be enjoyed in one of eight sleek treatment rooms, including two couples’ suites. No matter how you choose to indulge, be sure to spend some time in the relaxation lounges sipping warm herbal tea.

Our Inspector's Highlights
  • The clean, minimalistic design aesthetic at Qua Spa is refreshing. There’s no attempt at forcing the idea of tranquility here; instead, it’s all very contemporary with earthy gray tones, light wooden beams, a bright reception area with a boutique and well-lit corridors.
  • Inspired by the Japanese tradition of suna ryoho (a detoxifying method of covering yourself in hot spring sand), the Iyashi Dome at Qua Spa is the first of its kind in the UAE. It uses infrared rays to cleanse the body and burns up to 600 calories per session.
  • The Psammo Concept Quartz Bed is a one-of-a-kind facility based on an ancient Egyptian hot sand therapy used to treat various medical conditions. Here, sand therapy, aromatherapy, inversion therapy and a wave-like massage come together for unparalleled relaxation.
  • The renowned Carol Joy London product line (with 24-karat gold to aid cell regeneration) will leave your skin feeling fresh and smooth, while men will appreciate the natural Gentlemen’s Tonic products that are free of synthetic materials.
  • The Dubai spa isn’t just for pampering. In addition to a slew of traditional fitness offerings (yoga classes, personal training), the facility also hosts aqua fit classes that feature an in-pool circuit of partially submerged stationary bikes, trampolines and floating boards that will get your heart rate up.
Things to Know

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to take advantage of the excellent wet facilities.
  • The group changing rooms have everything you need before and after your treatment: lockers, showers, robes, towels, hairdryers and Carol Joy London products for your use.

  • Expectant mothers can enjoy a special massage that uses mandarin, rose and lavender oil to release tension.

The Treatments

  • Enjoy some regal pampering with the 90-minute Royal Arabian Desert experience. A relaxation session on the warm quartz bed is combined with herbal compresses of frankincense, a cedar wood massage, and the application of a spicy muscle balm to banish stress.
  • For pure indulgence, try the Gold Dust treatment, where the application of a Himalayan salt and body oil polish is followed by a massage using 24-karat gold dust.
  • There’s a range of services for gentlemen, from a destressing and cleansing back treatment and massage to an anti-aging facial that promotes collagen production.
  • The Old World Body Scrub for men offers full-body exfoliation followed by the application of a hydrating moisturizer. A face mask and scalp massage complete the pampering experience.

The Facilities

  • Wet facilities such as rock saunas, aroma steam rooms, experience showers and ice fountains will help you unwind before a treatment.
  • Perfect for a little vacation romance, couples’ treatment suites are spacious and come with en suite showers and relaxation areas.
  • A 24-hour fitness center is well-equipped with cardio and strength-training machines and core training accessories by Technogym. Yoga, meditation, high-intensity training and kickboxing sessions are also available.
