The Bulgari Spa London
London's glamorous spa escape
VERIFIED LUXURY
We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience at a hotel, restaurant or spa goes beyond looks — how it makes you feel is what you will remember most.
We created the original Five-Star rating system in 1958, when we were Mobil Travel Guide.
Five-Star
These are outstanding, often iconic properties with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities.
Four-Star
These are exceptional properties, offering high levels of service and quality of facility to match.
Recommended
These are excellent properties with consistently good service and facilities.
Soon To Be Rated
As our highly trained, incognito inspectors work to assess properties, our editors check them out ahead of time and provide a sneak preview of what to expect.
Beneath the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge lies The Bulgari Spa London, a space oozing in glamour and gold leaf located in the Four-Star
Bulgari Hotel, London. The spa is 21,527 square feet of calm, with the exception of the thumping fitness center where the likes of actress/model Cressida Bonas has been known to work up a sweat.
This two-floor respite is an ode to Bulgari’s rich Italian heritage; sand-colored Vicenza stone, warm oak, glass mosaics and generous splashes of green and amber onyx are used in abundance to create an oasis of opulence. It is the work of award-winning architectural and interior design firm Antonio Citterio and Partners, which boasts a portfolio of luxury lifestyle projects, including Bulgari hotels in Shanghai and Turkey, the W Hotel in St. Petersburg and Mandarin Oriental, Milan.
Access to the
London spa is via an elevator from the hotel lobby. When the doors open to the spa floor, you’re greeted with the fresh scent of palmarosa, sweet orange and lavender from the ESPA restorative diffusers. The tranquil reception area is dotted with white orchids and softly lit with glowing onyx, lamps and candles.
