Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou welcomes you with a dramatic lobby and sky-high ceilings. Glittering over the scene, a custom-made chandelier catches the light and seems to ripple like the waters of West Lake.
Juxtaposing the contemporary art piece, the lobby also features traditional silk screens and classic Chinese landscape paintings that depict West Lake from various perspectives.
In true Shangri-La fashion, the service is impeccable. The front-of-the-house team and concierge, in particular, are impossibly warm, welcoming and accommodating.
The Health Club features all the essential components for ultimate relaxation and restoration. In addition to a fully equipped gym, there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms.
