The Barnsley Blue Tea is a colorful take on the classic Long Island iced tea, packing a serious punch by substituting blue Curaçao for the Coke (meaning there’s no mixer to water down the vodka, gin, tequila and rum). A popular summertime choice is the Forbes Travel Guide recommended hotel’s pomegranate margarita, a flavorful porch-sipper made with Partida blanco tequila, triple sec, Pama pomegranate liqueur, fresh lemon and lime juices and a splash of orange juice. Fans of skinny margaritas can try Dugan’s version, which mixes tequila, fresh lime juice, Splenda and a splash of soda water.
Our specialty drink menu usually presents approximately less than 10 offerings and changes at least seasonally. A sampling includes: gingerbread eggnog with vanilla and whipped cream vodka blended perfectly with ice cream and holidays; the FGM (Fairy Godmother, Barnsley’s own) Hot Toddy with specially blended Woodford Reserve Bourbon heated to perfection with honey and lemon; and the Orangesicle Martini with marshmallow vodka and Grand Marnier finished with orange juice.
