Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Bacchanalia owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison have just announced that longtime Bacchanalia chef de cuisine David A. Carson will take the helm of Bacchanalia’s kitchen as executive chef beginning mid-April. Carson will replace chef Daniel Porubiansky, who has been with the restaurant for 10 years.
