There are no signature desserts at Moo, but pastry chef Johanna Hamilton makes an effort to keep dessert ingredients super-fresh and local. She infuses native New England fruit into a few of her dishes, and her homemade Mallomars (served as a special gift when your check is delivered) are simply out of this world. Bradley’s most requested desserts are the Chocolate Stout Cake and Native Strawberry Shortcake. Mooo also offers a Bananas Foster, which is prepared tableside and makes for an awesome conclusion to your meal. We also love when Hamilton puts her blueberry pie on the menu. This treat is made with fresh Maine blueberries and is the perfect end to a delicious dinner.
