BLT Steak is open six days a week for dinner, Monday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 11 p.m. The only day the upscale steakhouse is closed is on Sundays. Lunch is served midweek, Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., catering to the business set.
