The menus at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant change frequently and concentrate on including the freshest seasonal ingredients. You may choose to order chef Joho’s seven-course tasting menu or a vegetarian tasting menu. If you don’t want the complete tasting menu, you can choose between a three-course or four-course prix fixe option. Everest also offers a pre-theater menu, which is only available at 5:30 p.m. during the week and at 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
