Since its opening in 1939, this Broadmoor restaurant has been serving up lunch, dinner and the sounds of the Tavern Orchestra. With signature entrées such as sautéed Colorado trout and wild mushroom and goat cheese cannelloni, Tavern is more than just a steakhouse. Of course, the chops are great as well, including the roasted prime rib of beef available in the Tavern cut and the Broadmoor cut.
