Originally from southern Ontario, Drew Walker grew up in the heart of the Niagara wine region. The University of Western Ontario graduate has since held positions at Peller Estates, Hillebrand Winery, Restaurant Tony De Luca and Edgewater Manor, and he was maìtre d’ and sommelier at Daniel Boulud’s Lumière restaurant in Vancouver. An avid lover of sports, health and fitness, Walker has traveled the wine regions of France, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and the U.S., and in 2008 completed a three-year Sommelier Diploma Program with the International Sommelier Guild.
