Gary Merjian is the Director of Catering/Food & Beverage at The St. Regis New York, running the property's $40 million Food & Beverage operation. Prior to joining The St. Regis in 1998, Gary worked at The Waldorf Astoria in New York for 13 years holding various positions, including Assistant Director of Catering. Gary received his Bachelor of Arts from The School of Hotel Management at The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
