Fish Out of Water is open Tuesday through Sunday from March to August, and Tuesday to Saturday from September to December. Chef Lawrence Klang, who joined the culinary team at in March 2011, offers dinner service Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, hours are extended to 10 p.m., so you can relax and take your time to fully enjoy this talented chef’s devotion to fresh, local, clean flavors. The Florida Gulf Coast restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays from September to December.
