Dinner at Sun-Sun, Casa Marina, A Waldorf Astoria Resort’s restaurant, would not be complete without taking part in Toes in the Sand, the private on-the-beach dinner. As the name implies, you kick off your shoes and relax for this casual yet elegant dining experience that the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended hotel offers. The live music is wonderful, and there is really not too much better than enjoying a glass of prosecco while the sun sets.

The Toes in the Sand set menu is four courses, and the food is good across the board. Of course, the regular Sun-Sun menu is also available. Enjoy fresh fish (blackened grouper with mango-jalapeño salsa, coconut-Key Lime jasmine rice, pomegranate gastrique and pumpkin seed oil), pasta (sautéed squid ink fettuccine), salads (lobster salad with sweet chili noodles, mango salsa, miso-citrus dressing and toasted pistachios) and more while enjoying the flames of the tiki torches burning nearby.
