You won’t be feeling the least bit blue after sipping one of the 88 blue-colored cocktails served at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong’s chic Blue Bar, located on the lobby level. On the bartender’s recommendation we started with a Bluetini, made from an appetizing mix of Grey Goose vodka, orange juice and Midori that’s finished with a splash of Champagne. He also (thankfully) wouldn’t let us leave before tasting a Blue Seasons, the signature drink offered at this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. Fruity and refreshing, the Blue Seasons is a wonderful fusion of rum, Sprite, lychee puree and, of course, blue curaçao.
